City Clerk
Under the direction of the City Manager, the City Clerk serves as Clerk to the City Commission and Commission appointed boards and committees. She, or her representative, is responsible for attending all official meetings, recording proceedings and preparing draft summaries of City Commission meetings.
The City Clerk maintains and supervises the receipt, indexing, and filing of all official City contracts, deeds, ordinances, resolutions, and other City documents and serves as the City's primary public records custodian.
Public Records may be requested by phone, fax, mail, e-mail or in person.
The Office of the City Clerk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
