ATTENTION LANDLORDS:

The City of Coral Springs is offering a “grace period” for Landlords to register their properties. The $25 late fee will not be charged if the property is registration and payment is received by April 30, 2013. Code Compliance

Concerns regarding potential code issues should be sent to the Code Compliance office. Our office is located in the East Wing of City Hall, 9551 West Sample Road, 33065 and is open Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Our office can also be reached at (954) 344-5964, or leave a message on the 24 hour Code Hotline at (954) 344-1017.
