City of Coral Springs Adopts Hurricane Shutter Ordinance

The Coral Springs City Commission unanimously approved a Storm (Hurricane) Shutter Ordinance at the October 18, 2005 City Commission meeting.

As an amendment to the Fire Prevention code, the new ordinance regulates the amount of time that hurricane shutters can remain up in a closed/secured position.
