Planning and Zoning Division

The Planning & Zoning Division, a division of the Community Development, provides plan review to ensure compliance with land development regulations. Additionally, the Architectural Review Committee, established in 1996, reviews projects in accordance with the Architectural Guidelines to create aesthetically pleasing development within Coral Springs. The Planning and Zoning Division programs and Services include:

Economic Development projects are reviewed within eight working days by staff.
