2010 Census Progress

We're almost there!  The 2010 Census forms are now being processed at our National Processing Centers.  The data we collect from the forms will help determine the number of representatives allotted to each state.  Coral Springs received a mail in rate of 73%.  Thank you!  (See how we did compared to other areas)

Census Poster Contest

The City of Coral Springs along with the Customer-Involved Government Committee hosted a poster contest for students grades K-12 to promote the importance of the Census.  The winners were:  Julia Hinkes-Coral Springs HS, Jennifer Buchard-Coral Springs HS, Bello Charlotin-Coral Springs HS, Jamisha Jasmin-Sawgrass Springs MS, Rosario Palmer-Sawgrass Springs MS, Madison Kelleher-Riverside ES.
