The City has proposed amending the Land Development Code to require all Coral Springs Water District customers to establish water service in the property owners’ names.
The proposed Land Development Code Amendment requires all Coral Springs Water District accounts currently held by tenants to be put in the property owner’s name by April 1, 2015 to enable the City to lien properties with delinquent amounts.
If you are a commercial or residential landlord in the City of Coral Springs Water District, the City invites you to attend a public hearing on Wednesday, March 19 at 6:30 p.m. to find out more about the proposed amendment.
