The Coral Springs Experience, sponsored by TD Bank, gives residents an opportunity to learn a thing or two about our Community of Excellence and all it has to offer.
Residents can visit www.CSExperience.org to download the tour brochure or obtain one in person at City Hall in the Mall in Coral Square Mall. The brochure lists a specific number of locations to visit by category, including educational, governmental, environmental, historical, and other sites. Once participants have visited all the required locales, they write a short 200-word essay and submit three photos - one of them framed by the front doors of City Hall, one in any of our many parks and a third photo of their choice.
“I believe that by taking part in this opportunity, residents will build a stronger sense of community while having fun visiting great events and locations available right here in Coral Springs,” Commissioner Roy Gold said.
Entries can be submitted one of the following ways:
· Participants complete the online form at www.CSExperience.org to receive a certificate of completion, which can be redeemed at City Hall in the Mall for an eco-friendly Coral Springs shopping bag, or
· The completed brochure, essay and photos can be submitted at City Hall in the Mall to receive a shopping bag.
Students can also earn service hours for completing this civic engagement project. Students should complete the online form at www.CSExperience.org and then drop off their certificate of completion at Volunteer Services in Mullins Park to receive their prize and five service hours. Volunteer Services is located at 10000 N.W. 29 St.
Submitted essay and photos may be featured at www.CoralSprings.org or in the City’s quarterly Coral Springs magazine. For more information or to join the journey, visit www.CSExperience.org.
