With unique hands-on activities, amazing demonstrations and fun educational take-homes, any of these Mad Science camp sessions are an experience your child will never forget! Moving with Science is a hands-on experience that introduces participants to the science all around them. Campers ages 6 to 12, will have a chance to investigate the simple machines, chemistry, biology, light and photography, and elements of structure building. This camp runs from June 4 to June 8, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The registration fee is $250. Red-Hot Robots will immerses your child in robotics. Children ages 7 to 12 will experiment with different robot designs, explore differences between humans and robots, and even create their own robot to take home. This camp will be held June 11 to June 15 from 8:30AM to 3:30PM. The registration fee is $240, plus a $25 supply fee. NASA: Journey into Outer Space is for budding astronauts. Children, ages 6 to 12, will learn the four forces of flight, examine the challenges of space travel, and participate in a real rocket launch. This camp will be held June 25 through the 29, from 9AM to noon. Cost is $140, and $15 extra for a NASA kit. Mad Science Exploration Engineering Camp will bring concepts to life, and camp participants, ages 6 to 12, will examine the many ways in which they do that. Students will learn the differences between physical and chemical reactions; fundamentals of electricity, force and pressure, and basic terms relating to engineering and architecture. This camp also runs from June 25 through the 29, from 12:30PM to 3:30PM. Cost is $145.
