Qi Gong is now available for adults. This class involves the coordination of different breathing patterns with various physical postures and motions of the body. Classes are held on Fridays, from 8:15 to 9:05 AM. Starting in September, Tai Chi and Qi Gong will be taught on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. Tai Chi is often practiced to promote health and longevity through slow motion ruitines. Participants may purchase a $25 card that is good for five classes, but must register by calling 954-345-2209. Cards are available for purchase at Sartory Senior Center, located at 10150 N.W. 29 Street in Mullins Park.
