The Coral Springs Police Department with the assistance of the United States Marshals Service arrested two suspects in connection with the kidnapping and shooting that occurred on October 25, 2009.
Rossaine Ann Marie Baker, 37, of Sunrise and Neville A. Baker, 65, of Sunrise were arrested late last night without incident.
Rossaine and Neville are both charged with three counts to include Attempted Homicide, Conspiracy to Commit Homicide and Armed Kidnapping. Rossaine was currently out on bond for Aggravated Battery charges against Nicola Brown that occurred in August 2008.
The Coral Springs Police Department also has probable cause for the arrest of a third suspect that they need the public’s assistance in locating and identifying. The suspect is identified as a black male, 5’-6” to 5’-11”, thin build with a Jamaican accent who goes by the nickname of Golf or Gov. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.
