November 6, 2009: City encourages residents to support a “Coral Springs Night”

The City invites residents to make Wednesday, December 2 a “Coral Springs Night” to celebrate the newly expanded incredible ICE facility, which is located in Coral Springs and is where the Florida Panthers practice. Residents are encouraged to come out and support our Community of Excellence as the Panthers host the Colorado Avalanche.

On October 14, 2009, incredible ICE celebrated the ribbon cutting of its new and improved facility, which now boasts three sheets of ice and a brand new training facility for the National Hockey League’s Panthers.

Mayor Scott Brook will drop the first puck at the Panthers game, which begins at 7:30 p.m. at the BankAtlantic Center.  “I am excited to have the privilege to commence an exciting evening of hockey and fun for the community,” Mayor Brook said.

Tickets are available for as low as $10 and can be purchased by calling 954-835-PUCK or at
