“I am honored to contribute to Community Development progress in our Nation through this appointment and look forward to sharing innovative solutions to the challenges we face here,” Brook said.

The 2010 chair of the Community and Regional Development Panel is Lakewood, Colo., Council Member Ed Peterson. Working as this year’s vice chairs are Coral Springs, Fla., Mayor Scott Brook and Oak Park Heights, Minn., Councilmember Mary McComber.
