September 1, 2010 Police Need the Public’s Assistance
The Coral Springs Police Department needs the public’s help in identifying two armed robbers that held up a McDonald’s employee at gunpoint.
On August 13, 2010 at 1:40 a.m. two masked suspects entered the McDonald’s located at 5741 Coral Ridge Drive via the open drive thru window. The suspects forced the manager to open the safe. After the manager opened the safe the suspects taped the victim’s hands behind their backs and fled the area in an unknown direction or manner.
The victims were not injured. The McDonald’s was closed at the time of the robbery.
Surveillance video shows two suspects inside the store. The first suspect is described as black male,6'-6'2", thin build, dark colored short sleeve shirt, jeans, blue plaid boxers, black mask and "buff" tied around head, possible Jamaican accent, with a chrome revolver. Please pay special attention to the distinct length of the pants the suspect is wearing. 
The second suspect is described as black male, 6'-6'2", med-heavy build, dark t-shirt, jeans, gloves and a ski mask.
