National Public Safety Communications Week is a time to honor those persons who perform vital duties for municipal, county, state and federal public safety communication throughout the country. Public safety telecommunications personnel are the link between the public and the agencies that provide help.
They often work long and hard hours under extremely stressful conditions. They are the nation’s unsung heroes who are responsible for helping protect the life and property.
The City Commission of Coral Springs, Florida, proclaims April 10 through the 16, 2011 as national Public safety Communications Week.
