Residents invited to help beautify our parks

The City is currently seeking volunteers for a new program called CHIP – Citizens Helping in Parks. Interested volunteers will help with the upkeep of our neighborhood parks by collecting trash, cleaning fences or playgrounds, pulling weeds or any other small projects. Groups and local organizations can suggest specific projects, which will require approval from Parks and Recreation Department. Community service hours will be available for students.

All participants are required to fill out a waiver and register at the Coral Springs Gymnasium, 2501 Coral Springs Drive. For more information, call 954-345-2200.
