Learn how to dive at the Aquatic Complex this summer. Diving is a full-scale recreational program featuring state-of-the-art equipment in one of the best outdoor facilities in the country. Students develop strength, flexibility and confidence while learning how to dive from the springboards and platforms. Air-conditioned multi-activity rooms are available for indoor fun and games. This program accommodates children ages six to 14 of all skill levels. All participants must be able to swim independently in 16-foot-deep water, but no diving experience is required.
Camp runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and costs $200 per week. Weekly camps will start June 11 through August 17. Lunch will be provided on Friday of the 5-day Sessions. Four-day sessions are also available for $160. Space is limited to 30 campers per week.
Coach Ivan Bondarenko has 17 years of extensive coaching experience, including lessons for multiple age groups, and coaching and mentoring National and International level divers. Bondarenko is member of a National Olympic Team of Republic of Kazakhstan 1991-2001, member of Junior Olympic Team of USSR 1989-1991, 12 time National Champion of Kazakhstan, participant of numerous FINA Diving events, including World Championships, Grand Prix, World Cups, Bronze Medalist of CanAmex Grand Prix.
