As part of the City’s annual Business Planning process, the City of Coral Springs has scheduled three Business Planning Workshops to discuss budget challenges and develop a sound financial strategy for Fiscal Year 2013, focusing on the City’s seven strategic priorities and our citizen’s needs.
The final Business Plan Workshop will be on Tuesday, July 24 at 5:15 p.m. During this meeting, new initiatives as well as on-going programs will be approved by the City Commission for implementation and development in the 2012 Business Plan and Annual Budget. Commissioners will also adopt the TRIM notice, which is the proposed millage rate, approve the Fire Assessment Fee and the Solid Waste Assessment Fee. In addition, City staff will present a recommended list of capital improvements to the Commission at this meeting.
