My Coral Springs is a fast, easy and convenient way for City of Coral Springs’ residents and visitors to report non-emergency concerns directly to City Hall.

To create a report, select a concern from the drop down menu, enter the location and a description of the issue, add a photo if you'd like, then hit submit.  The report is immediately sent to the right person within the City who will work to resolve your concern quickly and efficiently. If you don’t see the exact issue you would like to report on, no worries, just choose ‘Other’ and we’ll get it to the right department for you. There is no need to establish an account, but if you do, you’ll be able to track updates on the issue.

You can also take advantage of the free My Coral Springs mobile App. By downloading the App, you can communicate with us while you are on the go - snap a picture with your phone and submit it along with the issue request. Just search for the 'My Coral Springs App'  in the iPhone AppsiTunes store or on Android AppsGoogle Play.

The mobile app will also serve as a portal for getting information from the City about upcoming events and City news. Stay up-to-date on what’s happening around town by downloading the new app today.
