| Commission approves changes to recycling methods |
| During the Tuesday, October 20, City Commission meeting, officials approved an amendment to the Waste Management Agreement, which includes changes to what and how recyclables are collected. | There is a new pest attacking ficus trees and hedges in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. This pest was identified as the fig (ficus) whitefly, Singhiella simplex.
