The Coral Springs Police Department is currently offering a $3,000 Signing Bonus* to all Certified Law Enforcement Officers hired. All Officers considered for hire must meet the currently established minimum hiring requirements to qualify for hire as well as the Signing Bonus program.

Bonus will paid to the new Officer as follows:

$1,500 Issued Upon Completion of Field Training Period
$1,500 Issued Upon Completion of Probation

*Bonus will be subject to repayment if Officer separates for ANY reason prior to two full years of employment.
