UPDATE

On Sunday, September 30, 2001, Coral Springs Police officers located Elvin Rodriguez at 5550 NW 40 Street in Coconut Creek and took him into custody. Mr. Rodriguez was arrested on two outstanding warrants unrelated to the shooting that occurred on Tuesday, September 25. The two warrants are Violation of Probation out of Broward County and Violation of Injunction from Palm Beach County. The Coral Springs Police also charged him with Aggravated Stalking of the victim's daughter. Mr. Rodriguez was booked into Broward County Jail.
