POLICE SUBSTATION TO HOLD HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE

The Coral Springs Police Department will be hosting its 3rd Annual Neighborhood Holiday Party at the Northwest Substation located at Glenwood Gardens Apartments, 11464 NW 43 Street in Coral Springs on December 8, 2001 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Area restaurants and Publix will provide food, drinks, and snacks and a DJ will be on hand for music. Hundreds of gifts have been donated for distribution to the children at the party and several bicycles will be raffled off. The local Kiwanis Club has donated close to 1,000 books to be given away also. There will be demonstrations by the Coral Springs Police Department Special Response Team and K-9 Unit and the Coral Springs Fire Department will escort Santa Claus to the party. Members of the media are invited to attend.
