The Coral Springs Gymnasium includes three basketball courts, classrooms, a community meeting room and a game room. There is a wide variety of programming for all ages. The Gymnasium is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and offers open play hours when special events are not scheduled. Residents are charged a fee of $1 and non-residents pay $3. A current disabled parking permit placard must be displayed on the rearview mirror; applications are available at City Hall and City Hall in the Mall. Parking illegally will result in a $258 fine. This includes parking in the access aisle.
Volunteers receive training and assist the Police Department in issuing citations for illegal handicapped parking.

Household hazardous waste including pesticides, insecticides, pool chemicals, gasoline, furniture polish and special waste, including paint, lead, acid batteries, tires and used motor oil, may be disposed of on Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Broward County North Trash Transfer Station, 2780 Powerline Rd., Pompano Beach.

The Broward County Health Department provides services including immunization, maternity, child care and family planning clinics, community health education, and sanitary inspection of certain properties when warranted.

City photographs and memorabilia are collected and preserved by the Historical Advisory Committee. They are displayed in exhibits at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts, the Northwest Regional Library and at the newly renovated Museum of Coral Springs History, located in Mullins Park.
