Business Tax Receipt - Change of Business Name & Address
The Business Owner/Applicant is responsible for notifying the Business Tax Office (formerly known as the Occupational Licence Division) of any changes in the business address, business owner mailing address, and any changes of the business or corporation name. A transfer fee of 10% of the license fee will be applied to such changes. A Business Tax Receipt Transfer Application must be completed and submitted to the Business Tax Office.
All businesses, excluding home-based businesses, are subject to annual fire inspections by the Fire Inspection Division.
