Architectural Review Committee

Overview

The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing development plans and making recommendations regarding aesthetic concerns.

Qualifications

The Committee consists of seven (7) members, each serving a three-year term of office, who are trained in one of the following fields:

  • Building
  • Architect
  • Landscape Architect
  • Interior Design
  • General Contracting
  • Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified professional
  • Planning or engineering

Note: All individuals, with exception of the Architect and Landscape Architect, should reside in the City of Coral Springs. The Architect and Landscape Architect can live or work within the City of Coral Springs.  A minimum of two members of this Committee shall be licensed Florida architects.
