The Martin Luther King Jr. Committee is comprised of volunteers who have been assigned the major task of organizing and coordinating an annual/celebration in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This is a city sponsored event, which may extend to other community programs of a multi-cultural nature observed at different times throughout the year.
The Committee consists of up to fifty (50) members.
There are no specified terms.
Applicants may or may not be City residents.
Meetings take place at 6 p.m. every first Wednesday of the Month.
