Below are the File and Description Naming Requirements. Please read carefully as these guidelines are REQUIRED. Your Permit will NOT be reviewed if the guidelines below are not met.
The City of Coral Springs naming standard includes the following parts:
Applications, NOA’s, NOC’s, Digitally Signed Documents and Contractor Registration Documents MUST be submitted as separate PDFs and grouped by file type.
EXAMPLE FILE NAMES FOR AN INITIAL UPLOAD OF DOCUMENTS
You may need to provide changed documents during the review process or after the permit has been issued. The naming convention is slightly different.
If plan review comments result in revised sheets having to be submitted:

If you make changes to approved plans after the permit has been issued which require additional plan review:
