To repair or replace the roof on your home and ensure that the work is safe and meets our city's standards, you will need to follow the following:

Step 1.Check with your HOA

Approval by your Homeowner Association may be required prior.

Step 2.Choose your roof color

The city has a list of roofing tiles that comply with the design guidelines of the City. Only these colors and styles are pre-approved for single-family homes. In general, roof tiles with antiquing (black or dark stripes) dark colors, and contrasting roof blends are not allowed.

After reviewing and completing checklist requirements.
