Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a safe and healthy practice to maintain and improve agility, balance and coordination; and possibly deepen breathing according to each individual’s physical capacity.

Overview

Step 1.Class Schedule

  • Wednesdays at 2 p.m.
  • Fridays at 10:15 a.m.

Step 2.Guidelines

  • Group is open to Coral Springs residents ages 55+ only.
  • Before attending the class, all new participants must check in at the Coral Springs Senior Center to sign a waiver and provide current photo ID.
