City Hall will be closed on Thursday, November 22 and Friday, November 23 in observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Garbage collection will not be affected, but as a reminder your bins must be curbside by 7 a.m. on your normal collection day. The Police and Fire Departments remain operational 24/7 – however, their administrative offices will be closed.

Holiday Express 2018 Coral Springs Holiday Parade

City’s Annual Holiday Parade.The parade will feature marching bands, decorated floats and other entries along Sample Road from Coral Springs Drive to City Hall.

Property Tax Exemption Filing at City Hall

Broward County Property Appraisers will be at City Hall accepting property tax exemptions applications the second and third Thursday of each month. 

Documents required to file a Homestead Exemption include:

  • A current Florida Driver's License or Florida ID card.
  • A current voter registration card or declaration of domicile.
  • Non-US citizens must also provide proof of permanent residency. 

BCPA staff will assist with Homestead, Senior and all other exemption applications, as well as answer assessment questions.
