  • Introduction: Gentle Yoga is accessible to anyone who can get up and down from the floor on their own. We use the classical poses and breath work of hatha yoga, adapting them as needed. Body movement and breath is synchronized, with emphasis on alignment and most importantly working within our capacity.

Yoga is a centuries-old practice designed to bring the mind, body and spirit into harmony. The word yoga literally means "joining." One is never too old to begin!

*Classes are at Coral Springs Senior Center at Sartory Hall in Mullins Park, except where noted. Trips and special events are available for seniors 55 and older. Classes are FREE for residents 55 and older.

Some classes require proof of age and/or residency.
