New Year New You! Middle Eastern Belly Dance for Beginners.

Twirl a veil, shake a hip. Learn some movements and variations which will allow you to experience the great joy and mystery of an ancient dance. Great fun and exercise too. Taught by performer, teacher and choreographer, Shifah.

What to wear: anything comfortable with an elasticized waistband. Bare feet, dance sandals, ballet slippers, leather soles (not rubber soles that will stick to carpet). Fun to add a simple hip scarf and outrageous earrings!
