Children's BookFest

Stories and Books Come to Life!

 Free fun for the family at the 2018 Children's BookFest! Watch top-notch shows and performances, grab a free book, get hands-on with a make-it-and-take-it craft and kick off the 2018 Summer Learning Program with the Florida Panthers!

This  year's BookFest will be held Saturday, May 19th from 10AM-3:30PM at Northwest Regional Library, 3151 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL  33065.

The festival is free and open to the public. This year the Children's BookFest will be in celebration of World Day for Cultural Diversity, held annually on May 21, a United Nations–sanctioned international holiday that promotes diversity issues and dialogue. It's also a great opportunity to learn more about the 2018 Summer Learning Program and how you can read, learn and win prizes all summer long!

  • Free Book Giveaway – the first 1,000 children can pick up a FREE book courtesy of the Joe DiMaggio's Children's Hospital
  • Meet Your Favorite Costumed Characters Including Clifford the Big Red Dog, Curious George, Maisy Mouse and Bad Kitty
