Touch a Truck

For Special Needs Community

Children and young adults with special needs are invited to spend the morning with fire and police personnel, learn about the equipment and explore emergency vehicles. This event is open to all children and young adults with special needs, regardless of the city where you reside.

The Police Department also has a database of children and young adults with special needs to assist first responders if an individual goes missing. Parents and guardians are encouraged to register their loved ones, especially those prone to wander. This is only available for those who live or attend school in the City of Coral Springs.
