Tai Chi

Tai Chi is meditation in motion. By doing Tai Chi on a regular basis the balance, circulation and stress level will improve. Tai Chi is a set of choreographed movements done in a mindful state.

Offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15 a.m.

Class is open to Coral Springs Residents only. All residents attending a class at the Senior Center must sign a waiver before participating.
The Senior Center at Sartory Hall is located at 10150 NW 29th Street.
