Coral Springs Senior Center at Sartory Hall is located at 10150 Ben Geiger Drive in Mullins Park. Take Coral Springs Drive to Ben Geiger Drive and go east. Enter Mullins Park on the south side of the street. Turn left at the stop sign. The Center is just east of the pool. Contact number: 954-345-2203

Friday, January 4 • Lunch Out : Cracker Barrel  • $6.00• Fee is due by Friday, December 28

We will go have lunch at the Cracker Barrel in Deerfield Beach. If you have not had the opportunity to eat at Cracker Barrel the experience is fun and delicious.  The general store is really quaint and has some really neat items. Meet at the Senior Center at 10:30am on the day of the trip

Wed, January 9 • Manatee Lagoon • $8.00 • Fee is due by Friday, December 26

Manatee Lagoon is dedicated to educating the public about manatees and Lake Worth lagoon, and inspiring communities to preserve and protect Florida’s environment and wildlife for future generations. Manatee Masters guide visitors on a walking tour of Manatee Lagoon’s exhibits, providing insight about “all things manatee” and the Lake Worth Lagoon ecosystem. Please note that the manatees are wild and come and go as they please, therefore Manatee sightings are not guaranteed. Manatee Lagoon is located in West Palm Beach, we will be going to lunch following the tour. (lunch not included in fee) Meet at the Senior Center at 8:45am on the day of the trip

Mistaken identity is closer than you think in this multiple Tony Award-winning comedy. One Man, Two Guvnors is a triumph of visual and verbal comedy, a feel good hit. Wed, March 6 • Bedner’s Farm Tour & Strawberry Picking • $20.00 • Fee is due by Wed, February 20th   

Bedners farm is located in Boynton Beach on 441. Bedners is a family owned and operated farm that was established in the 1960s.   The farm originally produced cucumbers and peppers but offers a wide array of locally grown fruits, vegetables and products.  We will take a tram tour of the farm and also pick our own strawberries to take home!! (Please note you will pay for the strawberries you pick as they are not included in the fee). Meet at the Senior Center at 8:45am on the day of the trip

Wednesday, March 20 • MEMPHIS @ Miracle Mile Theatre • $64.00 • Fee is due by Friday, February 15

Inspired by actual events, Memphis follows the story of Huey Calhoun, a fictitious white radio DJ who was one of the first to play black music in 1950s Memphis, and Felicia, a black club singer who is hoping for her big break. Filled with laughter, soaring emotion, forbidden love, irresistible dancing, rhythm and blues, and roof raising rock ‘n’ roll!! Meet at the Senior Center 11:45am

Wednesday, March 27 • BONNET HOUSE in Fort Lauderdale • $25.00 • Fee is due by Wednesday, March 6th  

Chicago-born artist Frederic Clay Bartlett created Bonnet House in 1920 on South Florida oceanfront land given to him and his second wife, Helen Louise Birch, by her father, Hugh Taylor Birch, a prominent Chicago attorney, real estate investor, and naturalist.  Tragedy struck in 1925 when Helen died from breast cancer and in 1931 Frederic married Evelyn Fortune Lilly.  She spent winters at Bonnet House until 1995.  We will have a docent led tour of the main house then a short tram tour of the grounds. Meet at the Senior Center 9:30am
