    Testing Sites

    Step 1.Mullins Hall

    This site is run by The Florida Department of Health.

    Step 2.IceDen

    Address: 3299 Sportsplex Drive
    Hours: Mon-Sun, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. ( Will be closed on March 20 & 21)
    Rapid testing available
    This site is run by the the Florida Department of Emergency Management.

    Vaccine Info

    Step 1.Request an appointment

    • Appointments are available for people 40 years and older.
    • To request an appointment for DOH-Broward COVID-19 vaccine sites please call 866-201-6313.
    • For TTY call 844-252-2003. People who have requested an appointment in the system will receive a call back when an appointment is available for them.

    Starting April 5, all adults 18 and over will be eligible for a vaccine.

    Step 2.Coral Spring Vaccine Site

    Coral Square Mall (9469 W Atlantic Blvd)
    Entry made from outside of the mall at intersection of Atlantic Blvd and University Drive

    • Operational 8 a.m. to 4p.m., Monday thru Friday until further notice
    • This site is a Walk-In with Appointment Vaccination Site, not drive thru. 
    • Those who do not have an appointment will not be vaccinated at this location.
    • Only persons who arrive for their confirmed scheduled vaccination time will be allowed entry into the site, gathering at the site is prohibited. 
    • Individuals who receive a first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine will need to be in Broward County to receive the second dose of the same vaccine, 21 days later.
    • Proof of Residency Required.

    Acceptable proof of residency:

    • A copy of a valid Florida driver license or valid Florida identification card 
    • Proof of a deed, mortgage, monthly mortgage statement, mortgage payment booklet or residential rental or lease agreement.
    • A utility hookup or work order dated within 60 days before date of vaccine.
    • A utility bill, not more than 2 months old.
    • Mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statements, not more than 2 months old.
    • Mail from a federal, state, county, or municipal government agency, not more than 2 months old.

    Food Distributions

    • Feeding South Florida
    • Royal Palm Christian Church assisted by Gateway Food Pantry will be distributing non-perishable items and other pantry goods to community members living in the tri-county area, Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Recipients must show proof of Broward residency to be eligible for distribution.
    • Christ Church hosts non-perishable food distributions the last Saturday of every month.
    • Chabad of Coral Springs Led by Rabbi Avraham Friedman, the Synagogue is receiving weekly deliveries of 3,000 boxes of fresh produce generously supplied by Simply Fresh. The Chabad of Coral Springs welcomes families in need to pick up their free food boxes every Wednesday at 5 p.m
