With opening of the City of Coral Springs new City Hall (Municipal Complex), our Public Works Division is proud to offer room rental access for meeting space within the facility to not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Interested organizations who would like to rent one of the two meeting rooms must contact Public Works Administration at 954-344-1165 to ensure room availability, complete the online Room Rental Reservation and Hold Harmless agreement and return the completed forms to Public Works Administration in person, regular mail or via email at Facilities@coralsprings.org. Renters must adhere to the policies set forth by the City of Coral Springs detailed below:
Use by non-profit and for-profit groups shall not exceed four reservations in a calendar year. Exceptions shall be subject to City Administration approval. Where advance reservation conflicts occur, the business of the City shall take priority. Staff will attempt to relocate the requester to a substitute location.
A Meeting Room Rental Reservation application and fee is required to use the Public Meeting Rooms for non-City business. Fees for profit ($103.77 per hour) and nonprofit groups ($77.82) per hour. No fee shall be charged for rental of meeting rooms by the Coral Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Reservations will be held on a verbal request for 24 hours, but payment must be received by 5 PM of next business day to confirm.
Full refunds will be given if cancellation is in writing 72 hours in advance of the reservation. Thereafter, checks will be deposited and no refunds given. There will not be partial refunds for unused reservation time.
The serving of beer and wine is allowed, provided the applicant contracts for an off duty Coral Springs Police officer and provides the City with a million dollar Liability Insurance policy, naming the City as additionally insured. The serving of alcohol will comply with all liquor laws including obtaining the required licenses.
