FGBC Logo - City - Gold Certified The City was recently re-certified Gold with the Florida Green Building Coalition's Green Local Government designation program, up from the 2012 Silver designation.

The City of Coral Springs is committed to sustainability, conservation and efficiency.  Throughout the City’s history, Coral Springs has adopted and implemented various policies and practices related to sustainability.

The City is also a partner in the Southeast Florida Regional Climate Change Compact, the Compact outlines an ongoing collaborative effort to foster sustainability and climate resilience at a regional scale. You can view the Regional Climate Action Plan (RCAP) on their website.
