Tree Permit Information

The City of Coral Springs understands the value our trees within the City, tree protection ordinances found in section 212 of the Land Development Code require that any person natural or corporate shall obtain a tree removal permit for removal, relocation or destruction of any tree within the City of Coral Springs. Removal oftentimes results in replacement of the tree removed or destroyed. Violation of the Land Development Code may result in a fine of $500 plus the cost of replacement and the cost of any investigation or court costs associated with such violation.
