The Infrastructure Management Division provides services to support the employees of the City of Coral Springs through staffing of the IT Services Help Desk, Systems Data Management and Network and Telecommunications Operations.
The diverse units in this group provide a wide-array of services, including:
- Customer Support: The IT Services Help Desk goal is to provide high quality support in today's fast paced information technology environment. The Help Desk staff responds to calls from all City Departments and resolves calls on the first contact or escalates the request to second tier support as required. In addition to supporting the end-users computing environment, the group also manages hardware/software purchases and installation.
- Data Management: The systems and data management team designs, administers, maintains and supports enterprise servers, databases, data storage and internet access for the City of Coral Springs.
- Network Operations: The Network and Telecommunications Operations team provides customer service, management, and support for enterprise network connectivity, voice services, technical consultation, internet access, and network engineering.
