Oversees the Department administration and budget for all Divisions as well as manage the solid waste Franchise agreement and other major city wide contracts.

Facilities Management

Performs in-house or contracts for maintenance, repair, and minor construction of all City buildings.

Fleet Services

Performs repair and maintenance for all City vehicles including fire, police and small engine equipment as a one-stop operation.

Streets Division

Performs street maintenance, cleaning of storms drains, repairs to bike paths and sidewalks and coordinates the repair of street signs.

Utilities and Engineering Division

Provides engineering services by reviewing, approving water, sewer, paving and drainage plans for compliance with City Engineering Standards; review and approve right-of-way permits for engineering improvements and connections to the City’s utility systems; provides engineering inspections on Capital Projects; assists in the development review committee (DRC) reviews of engineering designs to ensure designs meet all applicable City codes and regulations.
